Baseline Village

While living here, I would say the top units have no storage for anything and if you are living on the side by the road you WILL hear the traffic during the day & night. We moved in with 4 year old flooring and it wasn't cleaned properly, I submitted 8 maintenance tickets for the flooring to get cleaned and a window that was cracked prior to moving in that got marked as completed but no one ever showed up. If you are looking for a place that wont bother you the team in Lakewood don't answer any phone call or emails then this is the place for you:)

WOW. If I could put more than 5 stars for this place I would. Both 5 stars for the quality of apartment and the management, specifically Stephanie! My husband and I were desperately trying to find a place to live, and Stephanie was with us every step of the way in getting approved and and getting us in the door. She was both professional and caring and even stopped by in person yesterday to check on us! She is always available to answer any questions we have big or small and very accommodating. Our apartment is a 2bd 2bth renovated with stainless steel appliances. The area is quiet and well kept, not just by chance but because the apartment holds those expectations for their tenants to keep tidy balconies/yards, has regulations on smoking, and handles complains in a timely manner, etc. w

Poorly constructed. If I need maitainance done the job is never done right the first time it takes repeated calls and visits to correct the problem. After snow storms they never do a proper cleaning of the lot they just let it melt. my car was stuck in the lot for 2 days. Terrible communication. Management changed hands the only communication we recieved was a note taped to the door at 10pm I question it for days almost seemed like a cheap scam.

We haven't moved in yet, but Rosalie was INCREDIBLY helpful with the entire process. Trying to sign a lease during a global pandemic is no small feat, but Rosalie really made it easy. I'm so excited to move in!
