Barrington Park

I have lived at Barrington Park Townhomes since fall of 2021. While we have had persistent issues with a leaky basement all other maintenance concerns have been promptly addressed by maintenance. Last year they added an off leash dog park and I love walking my dog on the walking trail. We have signed on for another year.

I lived here for two years and was shocked to be charged for full carpet replacement upon moving out. In all the apartments I've lived in previously, I've never encountered this kind of charge—especially after normal wear and tear over two years of tenancy. It feels exploitative and predatory, especially considering they didn't require a security deposit at move-in. At the time, I thought that was a nice perk, but now it feels like a tactic to justify charging residents arbitrary fees on the back end. Would not recommend living here.

The community is great. The grounds are kept up, with exception to the grass at some of the duplexes. The age of trees and the fact that trees are not trimmed every couple of years, growing grass is prohibitive. The staff in the office, and all of the maintenance team are TOP NOTCH. I have never had to wait very long when I call in a maintenance issue. The office leasing staff and management team needs to train other properties how to manage, because they are AWESOME!

We've lived here since May of 2024 and have nothing but good things to say. I love the townhome we live in and the neighborhood. The folks at the leasing office are very kind and responsive (Derek and Crystal are the ones I know). They will often times have food trucks for residents and activities like pumpkin painting. All of our maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner. We really like the maintenance guys, they are all super nice and knowledgeable. Great place to live :)

The apartment community is very clean and well kept.Maintenance and management are both friendly and attentive. Management makes sure rules are followed. Maintenance always leave notes on what they have done. We have only had 1 small issue in the year we have lived here and it was addressed same day. Maintenance is very clean when they come in and make sure to be mindful of pets.
