Barrington Hills Apartments

Alejandra has been my liaison as I navigate new living arrangements. She went above and beyond to help me get the apartment that best suited me. I’ve been in my new unit for about a month now and I must say it’s been spectacular. One reason why I enjoy this community so much is the convenience to Peachtree Industrial, Buford Hwy, 285, etc this played a big role in choosing where to live and my commutes are very reasonable. Thank you Alejandra. P.S. I can’t help but to also mention the vegetation and abundance of trees and shade all around the community. I don’t feel like I’m in the city and I get to enjoy a bit of nature right at my front steps.

It’s been about 6 months since I’ve been living in the complex and I can’t complain. Especially with the process of getting it with the help of Nicole. She’s been the most helpful out of everyone at the leasing office. I remember when we first came in for a tour she immediately started working with us and was very informative since it was our first time. Always kept us updated and made sure we were happy with our decisions. Even the day before move in, she made sure the carpets and cabinets were perfect before we started moving. Been very blessed working with her. If any issues were to come up I would always be able to count on her. Thank you Nicole!

Claudia has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From day one she’s been so kind, helpful, and patient with every question I had. You can tell she truly care about the residents and go out of her way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. I’m really grateful for how attentive and understanding she’s been! always willing to help with any issues that come up. The community itself is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the overall atmosphere just feels welcoming. I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far 💕 big thanks to Claudia for making it all so easy :)

This is my first time moving and moving out of state the process can be overwhelming. However, Nicole and her team made everything incredibly easy. Maintenance is always available, the grounds are kept clean, and any concerns are addressed quickly. Nicole was supportive throughout the entire process, always answering my questions and genuinely caring. Excellent team!

I can’t over emphasize how impressed I was with the prompt and timely repair of a water heater. It was actually replaced with a new one. I thought to myself, for the type of emergency repair it was (not a small or easy job),I haven’t had a better maintenance experience. “Great job!” to the technician and staff. If there was ever an idea to move elsewhere, they just made it harder to do so.
