I do not recommend living at this apartment complex due to unresolved safety hazards and poor maintenance response. After moving in, I discovered serious issues with the deck structure, including visible damage and movement that raised safety concerns. My HVAC system was also installed improperly—leaking air, built into an unsealed utility room, and posing potential health risks due to exposed insulation and possible mold. Despite raising these concerns and documenting them with photos, management was dismissive and slow to act. In fact, I had already reported expired fire extinguishers to the county before these additional problems became clear. Roches are my only issue, the area is quiet Neighbors are Nice. They won’t approve weekly roach treatment for at least a month to calm the roach infestation a bit no matter how much I call and explain the severity plus I have a toddler and they are around his toys and highchair! They even skipped me for this round of treatment…I asked for an extra treatment instead I get defined and skipped. I wish I listened to the reviews

I have lived at Cranbrook Hills apartments since 2019. There has been no issues since. Had maybe 3 minor maintenance request that were resolved quickly. The maintenance people were professional and prompt. Laundry was also in each building. I have enjoyed living here. The neighbors were great and the tree filled complex made it feel homely. Dressed up my patio and felt like I was sitting in a beautiful forest during warm days. Did a lot of walking in safe environment. Everything you need is a walk or short drive nearby like restaurants, grocery stores, mall just to name a few. I am going to miss this place as I am moving back to New Jersey to be closer to family and start a new job. Tried to find a complex there owned by Henderson but could not find any near where I am going. Thank you for

This apartment company has way too many rules for residents & they are paying rent. I had fake plants around my balcony & they said that was a violation. I had a ring camera on my door for safety reasons & it was problem about that. They have gnats and bug problems; I’m not really concerned with the bug problems that’s an easy fix. But my neighbors did inform me they had mice. Thank God I haven’t seen any in the 4 months I’ve been living here. Hopefully my opinion of them will change into positive. The rental office people are nice so that’s a plus but other than that it’s okay.

I had a unique situation and Amanda was nothing less than amazing helping us navigate the application and move in processes. Two days in I experienced an issue with my dishwasher, called maintenance and they showed up quickly. Antoine was super polite and helpful and assessing the issue. Community feels safe and secure. I’m very happy so far!
