Secured. No raking leaves. No shoveling snow. Most residents are kind. However, not used to noise in the apartment above us.

Not enough parking space. Half the time the washers and dryers do not work and there's only 2 of each for 100-150 people to use between 2 units. Not enough water pressure and have to wait for a couple of hours for the water to actually heat up or you can boil a big pot on the stove to add to your bath. Not to mention that it is an old boiler that they have not replaced they just put a band-aid on it and call it .The lawn care people are rude and have been and will start early early in the morning so it doesn't matter what shift you work they are inconsiderate and will disturb your sleep. Winter time is the worst. Half the time the parking lot isn't done and maintenance is the worst. Sidewalks are never shoveled or salted. Nothing is properly fixed. The outside light was burned out for 7mon

I filled out an application. I know I have the income but they denied me saying criminal background so if a ticket or past bills where you have a judgment or a victim of a crime disqualify you they need to say that or get further explanation on that. It's not fair. People aren't given a chance. It's best to talk to people learn their situation. And I noticed they only respond to the good reviews further let's a person know this place has no thought of correcting issues to make this a better place

I was there for 3 years. The apartment was nice, the grounds were kept up much better when I first moved, lately there was a lot of trash strewn in the lawn areas. Some of my neighbors had been there for many years, and they said that years ago the place was a lot cleaner. I moved because I couldn't deal with the stairs. I did find that Gordon Management (owners) did not have a clue of the happenings at this location. I think that in the past six months, I received (5) eviction notices. I was not late with my rent ever. When I questioned the office why I was getting these eviction notices, I was told not to worry, it's a glitch in the "system", and a lot of people get them. After complaining about one of the first notices to the office in Royal Oak, I found out that I had overpaid my rent

Great prices comparatively. Office staff always helpful. Maintenance crew leaves a bit to be desired, but I’d recommend this place to anyone. It served me well for multiple years. Love the ability to go month to month when your lease is up.
