Baines Construction

Baines was recommended to me by a coworker, and I couldn't be more lucky. I've had Joe Baines renovating my house for two months now (I had a lot of work for him to do). Joe has been OUTSTANDING. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he makes insightful recommendations and has steered me away from self-destruction several time. When you contract with Baines, you get Baines...not some random day laborer or subcontractor (unless the job calls for a complex/specific skilled trade). The prices are very reasonable, and quite frankly they could charge more. I trust Joe with a key to my house, and you can trust them with your most important GC work.

As a realtor I am always in need of a reliable contractor. Baines Construction has always provided high quality workmanship and professional attitude. We collaborated on different projects, additions, renovations, roof replacement. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Tom and his whole crew (Paul, Larry and other crew members) did an outstanding job. They were professional, prompt and tidy, what more could you ask for in a remodeling project. Baines Construction was able to exceed our expectations and from my experience in the construction industry are in a league of their own regarding craftsmanship and attention to detail. I have no reservations recommending them to anyone.

Having used Tom and his crew on several home renovation projects, I have nothing but positive things to say about Baines Construction.
