Same thing same as high view, diff location but same layouts the garage are really nice epoxy painting. Neighbors are dangerously close to eachother and the street across is short. Like up close and personal when it comes to loving your neighbor

We live in Larimar, Tri Pointe Homes. This is our retirement house with a beautiful yard and pool. We knew when we moved in that Tri Pointe would be building some houses behind us. What we didn't know is the level of disrespect Tri Point would show us. They started moving dirt in January 2022, never bothering to let any neighbors know. Since January, they have worked 6, 7 days a week sometimes starting as early as 5:15am right behind our houses. Additionally they have kicked up so much dirt, none of us can use our backyards and they only have the models built....meaning years of this. Calls to Tri Pointe dust control are ignored. North LV sends dust control out but they don't seem to be able to do anything. Our pool is filthy and needs to be cleaned every time. We have gone thru 2 filters.

The house are great but the customer service is zero. Tried numerous time to get hold of someone didn't happen. Business won't improve with zero customer service. Hope corporate pay attention to this matter.

Big decision to make by Fri. Citrine or Azure Park…. Any feed back would be great.
