Azul Door Apartments

I am currently looking at complexes in hopes of helping someone with housing that has fell on hard times. Seeing these reviews and the “owners” complete lack of accountability and display of true narcissism is scary. Acting like they can void out reviews by stating that “they have never lived here” is wild and the exact reason actual tenants are scared to review. This slumlord needs to move on and let someone with true professionalism take hold of these apartments and be removed as an eyesore and danger to the community. Absolutely disgusting.

I have friend that lived here, terrible they always complained about no one being on the property to speak with with issues. They always compliant about how others come in and throw trash at the dumpsters and they are being charged for a trash fee. They were always complaining about how they was told to not to have deep freezer or any extra things plugged up in their home. They speak to me about how the property was always dirty with trash everywhere ants will come up into their home and roaches would come from the baseboards. They spoke about how mildew and mold would show up in the shower and how they would see raccoons and cats and dogs feces all over the property. My friend also spoke on how nothing was ever working like the stove the fridge or outlets didn't work in the apartment and

Roaches for sure. Rent are your own risk, you may take a few with you when you move out. Be careful. There are also money hungry. Their apartments are NOT renovated. They just paint over whatever the issue is. Only stayed here for two months and moved out. The paint on the tub had already started peeling only after a month or so.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Remodeled .. hardly. If you want to love somewhere with drug dealers at your doorstep, rats, mold, no maintenance, weeks at a time with no water, doesn’t pay trash services so the dumpsters haven’t been emptied due to non payment. They prey on the desperate and quick to want their rent but ignore emails for work orders and other needs. Will be reporting to code enforcement and the health department. No I don’t and will never live there. But there are a few tenants who want to remain anonymous do and I have pictures and other proof of every thing. The ignored emails and all. Trash!!

These apartments have ROACHES. They are overpriced to not have better pest control. They give you some Roach Bombs you can buy at Walmart or any other store and they don’t work.
