⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So far, so GREAT 👌!!!! I just love how easy the move in process was, & how kind and understanding Sergio is!! After reading some negative reviews prior to moving in, my family and I were a bit hesitant 😬 . Especially considering my allergies & such. However, Sergio was very honest and accommodating, which immediately put my mind at ease & allowed me to enjoy our new home! We loveeee the layout of our apartment, where it’s located, & how homely the property itself feels. It’s usually nice and quiet here as well, with beautiful 🤩 green grass to enjoy from the comfort of our patio. Maintenance has been great with last minute work orders , and the best part , I haven’t seen any bugs , aside from a little cricket 🦗, so no complaints here!!! I’ll definitely update my revi

We have been here for over 1 years now and we love it here. The staff is friendly, the property is kept clean by maintenance and the areah is a pretty quiet for the most part. Sergio has been a great staff member throught our stay.

Just wanted to leave an amazing review for our front office staff including Sergio, Ashley and the maintenance team. Thank you all so much for your hard work and determination to make our apartment complex as well as our home such a wonderful environment. We appreciate you all very much!

If you ask me about what my opinion is about this apartment complex, this is the best way I would describe it. This is the absolute god awful apartment complex that I have ever lived at. And here’s the reasons why this is an absolute god awful apartment complex. First is the german roach problem. We’ve been having this issue for the last three years and we told the front office about it. The german roach problem is a major issue at this apartment complex. Again, it’s a major issue at this apartment complex. The exterminator has come many times to our apartment. And has sprayed But no matter what it is still a major issue here. Plus the front office makes me angry. They know that this place has a serious german roach problem. But they suck at taking care of this major issue. And to me that

Worse place ever !!! Do not rent here they literally will take your money and not care about your needs or anything!!! THEY HAVE BUGS HERE TOO!!! we’ve experienced a roach infestation multiple times never came to address the issue! They also raise the rent on me as well without telling me before hand and it came down to me moving on they promised me a new apartment with better conditions and they have yet to set me up in new place. Every time I call the office they say the office manager will contact me when she’s never in the office and can never respond back to me ! Hiding and dodging issues at hand! Rebeca is the office manager and has never got back to me. If I could put a no star I would but I couldn’t so I put a 1 star it’s THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
