AWA Environmental - Mold Inspection

I chose this company because I wanted an honest inspector who specialized in mold but didn't do remediation and therefore wouldn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I got what I was looking for! Will has encyclopedic knowledge of mold, how it grows and spreads, and what works and doesn't work for remediation. He's helped me understand, in great detail, what tools I need and what steps I need to take in order to complete an effective remediation myself. He also has good "bedside manner" (great because mold can be scary), is patient, is available for follow-up questions, and is generally fun to talk to. Really above and beyond. Thanks Will!

AWA Enviromental is a terrific company to do business with. Both Billy that handled the appointment & scheduling & Will that conducted the inspection were top notch. Will was a great inspector. His report was spot on.
