I recently toured the property and had such a great experience, all thanks to Kathy, the leasing manager. The tour itself was very thorough and well organized. She took her time showing me the grounds and the available units, making sure I got a clear feel for the layout, amenities, and overall atmosphere of the community. Everything was presented beautifully, and I never felt rushed. Kathy’s customer service was truly amazing. She was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place to call home. So far my experience here has been great. The living space itself is huge, they have lots of great natural lighting & in a great area with anything you could need just in a 5 min car ride. My favorite part is the girls in the office. They are friendly & professional always ready to help! Yoanna & Brittney are just a phone call away. If I need anything they make sure to get it done in a reasonable time frame.

When I moved in, Yoanna at the front office was so kind and incredibly helpful finding the right apartment building for me since they had a few units open. They had just replaced the carpet in my unit, and she helped me make sure my maintenance requests on a few minor issues after move-in were seen to really fast. It’s been hard to get ahold of the office over the phone, as it seems they recently changed numbers, but if I have to go down to the office, all the office staff are welcoming and are quick to help with what you need.

Living at Avenues at Holcomb Bridge has truly been a wonderful experience, and that’s all thanks to the amazing team here — Britney, Meleena, Kathy, Yoanna, Edwin, and Dexter! From day one, Britney made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, always answering questions promptly and making sure everything was handled with care.
