Aventura Falcon Valley

We had a fantastic tour with Megan Riddle, and she truly impressed us! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, and understanding, making every effort to meet our needs within our budget. She presented us with a variety of units and layouts (even the studio unit was so nice for a studio). A few days after our tour, she followed up with price ranges and additional units that were available. Ultimately, we chose to go with a different apartment complex due to our budget constraints. However, if you can afford this place, we highly recommend checking it out!

My fiancé and I are new to the area, looking around to relocate for his job. We just did a tour with Megan Riddle and she was FANTASTIC!!!! She really made sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions with enthusiasm. She made us feel at home and confident in our renting journey. We would recommend her to anyone looking to rent at this property!! This company is lucky to have her :)

Kristy is a gem! She did everything right. I’m in the industry in another market and can’t speak highly enough of the leasing experience we encountered. She was so helpful and professional when helping my son during his move. So impressed with the property and the staff.

I currently live here and have had a great experience. The move in process was smooth and everyone in the office was kind and accomdating. My apartment is nice with the updated fixtures. The landscape and grounds are well maintained and I love the pond area- very relaxing. I would have loved to have that been my view from my patio but I enjoy walking by it with my dog. The only downfall when moving in was the renovations to the fitness area/leasing office but it is complete and able to use. No major issues so far and has been one of the best apartments I have lived in KC.

The Falcon Valley team is so nice. Megan was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with this community.
