place sucks. do not move here. they over charged me for two years. their maintenance team takes weeks to come by, not their fault. it’s the higher ups that don’t hire enough people for a large place like this. don’t fall for the display unit, they don’t let you see the actual unit you’re going to move into. it’s a trick to make you like the place before seeing all the problems before moving into. don’t fall for the nice front office neither, it’s a ruse. don’t do your laundry at the on-site laundromat. it’s run down and tore my sheets. The in-unit washer and dryer in my place didn’t even fit inside the door. Some of neighbors are outside in the parking lots at 1AM talking and chilling while people are tryna sleep. They let people leave dog crap on their patio so it smells like baked dog do

I’m disappointed with my experience at this apartment community. The condition of the unit was rundown and not well maintained when I moved in. There were visible signs of wear and issues that should have been addressed before new tenants arrived. The biggest concern was a water leak that was not repaired in a timely manner. I reported it promptly, but the delay in fixing it caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Water issues should always be treated as urgent to prevent further damage and potential health concerns. Overall, maintenance response time and upkeep did not meet expectations. I hope management improves their responsiveness and takes maintenance requests more seriously for future residents.

This place is an over priced dump. They let my daughter move in during the summer and her A/C did not work. She spent her 1st 10 days at her new apartment living back at home because it was over 90° in her apartment. Had I looked at this place with her, I would have NEVER let her give them a nickle. The maintenance looks like it was done by an 8 year old kid with one bad eye. There were issues with bugs as well. Parking sucked too! She ended up paying to get out of lease early so she could move to a better place. This is one step up from being homeless and for $1400/month?? He'll naw...

I am reaching out because several complaints have been made & negative reviews posted about the attitude, lack of knowledge, and unprofessionalism of the office staff and nothing has changed in 2 years. I did not include my correct identity information because the last time I brought it up in the office, I suddenly couldn't get ANY good answers for questions from them, my few maintenance request were delayed by weeks or not handled at all, and I started receiving warnings/notices for things around my building that I had nothing to do with. If corporate cares at all about the reputation of this property and BH management, I suggest you address this with your staff and hold them accountable. I would also suggest that you email all residents to let them know that this has been brought to you

Our lease is up soon and all I can say is we are NOT staying here. All the “work” done in this apartment/apartment complex is all half ass done. There’s always something wrong/broken.The first week we moved in our hot water didn’t work for almost a week. All the maintenance request/work orders that are put in take weeks to even get acknowledged. During the months of living here we’ve experienced a roach infestation for months (we are very clean people), our power went out for a few days in the winter last year when we first moved in (i was also pregnant at the time), the caulking on our bathtub/shower was falling off and was molded, our closet door literally ripped in half due to just us turning the door knob and opening it. You can even tell all of the woodwork and construction done in t
