Avendale Pointe Apartments LLC

I currently live at this property and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The space is well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for when I moved in. Everything has been smooth from the start, and the environment feels safe, quiet, and welcoming. The property managers, Krista and Taylor have been exceptional—always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Anytime I’ve had a question or small issue, they’ve addressed it quickly and efficiently. It's clear they take pride in managing the property and truly care about the residents. Living here has been a great experience, and I highly recommend both the property and the management to anyone looking for a quality place to call home.

My time at Avendale Pointe Apartments has been pleasant so far. The complex is extremely quiet with the exception of the occasional BOOMS from Fort Sill lol. Other than that it is a very peaceful place to live, it is kept clean and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues you may have. Most importantly the Staff is very kind, respectful and helpful. No complaints!

I have lived here since 2018 and have loved every minute of it. I love all the office staff and maintenance crew as well. If ever I have a problem they are right on top of it. This isn't just an Apartment, it's a home. Yes I've had some noisy neighbors at times but that is something that just comes with Apartment life. The grounds are kept clean and mowed regularly and there is a Casey's right next door. Remember your home is what you make it so take pride in it. I hope you give Avendale Pointe a try, tell em I sent ya!!!

Apartment office people were very professional and helpful. When I redeployed to U.S., they helped me to move back to the place and processed all the document fast. Price was very reasonable and condition of apartment was great for value

I was a little concerned staying in this apartment at first due to the reviews. However, there has been management changes and the new staff is amazing! They are over the top helpful, and always greet you with a smile upon walking into their office. Any questions or concerns are always handled in a timely manner. Maintenance is fast to fix any issues I’ve had with the apartment. There is an on site laundry room, as well as a gym which I love! The neighbors can be a little rowdy sometimes, but the office will take care of it if I call them. They have a security officer on duty 24 hours, so I can rest assured that I’m safe and can always give them a call if I have any concerns. I love staying here, and will definitely be renewing my lease! :)
