Aven Chastain Apartments

I have lived at Aven Chastain for going on 2 years, and I love it! The new office team is friendly and responsive, and are working hard to build community and feature fun events. The maintenance technicians are awesome!! Victor, Prince and another whose name I don't know, have been very helpful and friendly. Quick to respond to emergencies and non-emergencies. I've had to talk to Victor after hours with emergency calls a few times and he's been really helpful. They are also patient with my dog! Compared to places I have lived before, it's pretty quiet and I think the insulation is good. The only neighbors I can hear are the unit above me and recent ones have been quiet. Move in process was smooth and easy! Everyone in the office has been fantastic to work with. I had a maintenance issue that was discovered right when the office closed at 6pm. Regardless, maintenance staff came to my unit within 20 minutes and resolved the issue.

Ongoing repairs and inspections have been consistently frustrating. Appointments are missed or rescheduled without notice, and communication is very POOR. There’s little effort to provide clear updates or respect tenants’ TIME. Maintenance issues are understandable, but the lack of effective communication and follow-through makes the experience unnecessarily stressful.

Went and toured this place and immediately fell in love! Kristien is such a delight to work with. She was very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable the entire process of my move in and even after. Overjoyed for this new journey in this beautiful community!

Recently moved to Atlanta and Aven Chastain has been a dream to live at. Their leasing staff (especially Kristien) has been so helpful in assisting me with all my questions. The apartment units are very nice and the maintenance staff is super timely with fulfilling requests. I can’t speak highly enough about this place.
