Avana at Happy Valley

I had a really great experience touring Avana at Happy Valley. It was one of the first apartments I looked at during my search, and it honestly ended up being one of my top choices. Mariah gave us the tour and she was amazing. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and really took the time to show us around and answer our questions. She made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of rushed or sales-focused. James, the property manager, was also incredibly kind and understanding. What stood out the most was that he wasn’t pushy at all , he even spoke positively about other apartments we were considering, which showed he genuinely cared about us finding the right place rather than just filling a unit. He also extended the time they held our application and kept the price frozen at the lowe

I just wanted to leave a review about how amazing Mariah and Elizabeth has been throughout my time here. From the very beginning, she’s been professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly and smoothly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents.Any questions or concerns I’ve had were addressed right away, and she always communicates clearly and respectfully. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats people so well.Mariah truly makes this apartment community a great place to live. I really appreciate everything she does!

James and Mariah have been amazing to work with this past week in getting into my own apartment. Its been years since I have had my own space and they made me feel so welcome. I couldn’t be more grateful. The complex is clean and well maintained and all of the property staff I have ran into while there preparing to move in have been friendly and kind. I look forward to my new home!

I don´t think that words alone can describe how bad my experience at this apartment complex was. From the start we had troubles signing our lease and when we tried to contact them about it, we were sent to a third party IT response team that never solved our issue so we had to go in person to sign the lease. We were told we would get a credit for a free carport for a year which then got taken away and just went toward the rent payment even though we were told it wouldn´t do that. With that said, when we moved in there were multiple mold spots in the entire apartment and when we reported them in the move in checklist we were told it was all ¨aesthetic¨ and to not worry about it. In addition to that we also were told we were getting a newly renovated apartment but turns out that was lie too,

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my roommate lived here for 2 years. Had a mail box for about 6 months out of that 2 years because they didn’t send usps the stuff they needed to get our mail. On top of that insanely rude staff. Called to ask why we are getting charged rent for March when we handed our keys in on January 28th and don’t have access to pay anything including our last month of utilities. When my roommate called to ask she got told she was being aggressive and was hung up on by either Mariah or Elizabeth. After 2 years I was so happy to move out because oh did I forget to mention the flea problem and the black mold problem that me and my neighbors upon talking to were dealing with?!? Yeah this place is my personal hell. Also have tried emailing the property manager with
