I have lived in another Goldmark property for 4 years, and it was time to upgrade to a bigger place. Autmn Ridge was the perfect fit. All of the ladies in the leasing office are a pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful throughout the course of various showings of available units, and in locating the perfect apartment. The move-in process was a breeze and was handled very professionally. I really felt right at home from the start. I did have an issue with the heat in the unit while in the process of moving in, and maintenance was there the day after submitting the request, and a contractor was brought in the following day to make the repairs. Autumn Ridge is a wonderful place to call home in Grand Forks! The property is always spotless and well cared for, and its location is perfect—close to everything the city has to offer. I've had a wonderful experience living at Autumn Ridge Apartments. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the convenient location - close to shops, parks, and everything I need. It's a comfortable, safe place to live, and I'm happy to call it home!
