Autumn Ridge Apartments

I’ll keep this short. Respectful Staff in leasing. Very communicative in any situation snow/weather. Clean unit when I moved in with a new carpet. They addressed all my concerns and still continue to better my experience here. The previous reviews don’t add up to what I’ve lived in. No vermin whatsoever that was my biggest concern but the place is actually very well kept and hallways clean. Nice community of people as well. I’m more than satisfied with my time here at Autumn Ridge Apartments.

I have lived here about 9 months and I have had several issues including heat not working more than half the time, management never responds to anything-i left a message telling them I lost my key and needed help asap literally never acknowledged my call, packages frequently get stolen, cops are here at least once a week, one of the doors into my complex is completely unsecured leaving it open to anyone to walk in, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, there is currently a rapist living in one of the buildings-lots of children here. This is unacceptable . Lastly maintenance has not responded to any of my requests to fix my toilet, radiator or my dishwasher-it’s been over a month of trying.

I have Been here at Autumn Ridge a little under 2 months, I love it already! maintenance has address issues in a timely manner management has great communication every time I come to the office with a question or concern. and Ms. Tonya has handled a difficult situation with professionalism and fairness, also she Created a welcoming environment that I truly appreciate!

Mice , Roaches, and stolen packages oh my! I live here now and this place is horrible. The automatic doors the need to be unlocked with a fob keep shoes and trash in them to stay unlocked. The ambulance is here once a week for drug overdose. There are cameras, but management refuse to watch them so they don't care if your packages are stolen. Read this quick before taken down and warn others!!!

Autumn Ridge has some of the best staffs, hands down! They are friendly and ready to addressed your concern. Thanks toTonya and Ja'dae, my kid's love their new home.
