Autumn Pines Apartments

I love the atmosphere, the apartment sizes are great, more than I expected, looking to make this my future home.

Owner doesn’t put money into property, yard service sucks and no upgrades if you stay there longer than lease and paid on time and no pick up area for children, small playground and not much parking for visitors and no security, yes I think they a camera . The lease office has great facilities and maintenance service great but no money and the appliances are not good they from 1980s and ac unit is from 1970s and loud .

Moving here the experiences have been bad all around. Unit half cleaned upon move in pest in the unit Garage door faulty, ice maker still broken tub still not fixed no cold water in apt then AC went out 90 degrees in my house I had to wait until the next morning for the maintenance man who by the way lives on site pest in home sprinkler caps keep falling from the ceiling i didnt see one had fell in my son's room and i stepped on it and cut my foot all this in less than 30days I can't even enjoy my home for all of these problems due to this botched move in

I was thinking about moving here because it is a beautiful community, but after staying the night at my relative's place and having to endure her neighbor constantly revving his engine in the garage right beneath her bedroom, and his friends doing the same, i decided against it. Apparently complaining about noise gets tossed out by management because she has complained to them more than once and nothing has been done about it. The management team’s remedy to noise complaints is for the tenants to wear ear plugs. SMH

The apartments are roomy and plus you have the perks of having an attached garage, and the maintenance men are laid back and nice. BUT the head manager Ms.Smith who is also over Green Pines Apartments and her lack of caring about her tenants is horrible. Please be warned this place randomly increases rent then tried to say all income restricted apartments where increasing which was a lie because I called a few and they knew nothing about the increase not to mention my rent increased from 866 to 946 and I got the notice of the changes less then 30 days before my lease was up. Of course my rent just so happen to increase after I requested someone to look at my ac.
