Atlas Apartments

I lived here for 2 years and I loved it. I will break down my review into 4 parts to explain the score I gave. 1. Leasing staff, 5 stars They are friendly, helpful and understanding. Since layoffs tho they are slower to respond to emails. 2. Maintenance staff, 5 stars. Same as above, and fast to respond to requests. Lesser so as they also experienced layoffs. 3. The building, 5 stars. Location is great. Landscaping isn’t but who cares about that anyway. The stairwells can be stinky in summertime I wish you could open the windows and let air in but I’m used to much worse. 4. The rent algorithm, negative 15 stars. Oh shucks it lost all their stars. It’s a shame that an algorithm can sully what was otherwise a great experience with all the humans hard work. It will raise your rent fa

Great job to the leasing office staff! Gunnar and Xavier have been very helpful — five stars to both of them. Thank you! The carpet in the stairway is still old and has an odor, so we hope it can be replaced soon. The hallway carpet was updated last year, and we really appreciate the improvements. Keep up the great work!

I've lived at the Atlas apartment complex for seven years and here is my review. I've stayed because I was the first in my unit and love my space. I love the location, can walk everywhere I need. I like the familiarity of the neighbors I know and living close to the salmon creek. The management staff are kind people, unfortunately nice doesn't mean x issue is resolved. As a very active community member, I receive no benefits for saving the company ~14 turnovers with my years of loyalty. September 2017 - March 2020 was a fun time; twas a divorce-like community of newly single professionals. The staff was consistent and personable, they knew everyone's names. We had three community large screen televisions to watch sports games as a group. There were alcohol hosted events every month. W

Atlas Apartments: Great Community, Exceptional Service from Gunnar I recently moved into Atlas Apartments, and the experience has been fantastic. The property is well-kept, and the units themselves are modern, but what truly set this experience apart was the service I received from the Property Management team consisting of mpho, Taylor and Gunnar. All of them are very nice and helpful. Most of my interactions have been with Gunnar so I can talk more about him Moving is always stressful, but Gunnar was incredibly kind and helpful right from the start. He took the time to patiently answer all my move-in questions and quickly sorted out a small detail with my lease. What I really appreciate is Gunnar’s overall demeanor. Everyone on my floor has been great! I’m meeting some people in my station of life. (Divorce). I love how the storage is plentiful, and the bike lockup is untouched. Crime does not seem to be an issue at this wonderful place. I…AM…HOME!
