If I could put zero stars I would alas at least one is required to leave a review so here we are. If you value your physical or mental health you will not move here. Home should be a comfortable place you lay your head and this company & their staff has made sure it is everything BUT that. I'm currently dealing with a mold issue that they could care less of a crap about. It started less than a year into my lease and since, my health has been impacted. I don't fear making this review because I'm sure I'm not the only one dealing with mold or unresolved issues. We've been through 2-3 property managers so far and each along with lower leasing staff is just as bad as the last. Lazy and could careless about the safety or comfort of their tenants. People move out every other week to month breaki

I would give zero stars if Google allowed it. My experience with Atlantic Realty Group has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, my home had multiple serious issues that were either ignored, delayed, or “patched up” without ever actually being fixed. Here are just a few of the problems I dealt with: • No working exhaust fan in the kitchen • Living room ceiling still stained from a pipe leak • Banister upstairs loose and unsafe • Carpet tacks sticking up through the floor causing injury risk • Hole in the bedroom closet door • Stained toilet seat present at move-in • Freezer that does not keep food frozen • A “brand new” oven delivered with only one rack • Front door left in a condition that looks like the home was forced open—letting in heat, cold, and bug

Horrible response from maintenance department at Fairway Ridge Apts/Townhomes,W Forest Park Ave. Once we moved in two sinks leaked. Shortly after they were repaired one started to leak again and was repaired by the maintenance crew with duct tape. Now our stove does not work. The leasing office said that’s an emergency issue. After several calls and an alleged visit from the emergency crew, nobody has stopped by to check if there is safety issues , let alone repair the stove. No stove top for seven days. That and two water main breaks , which appeared to be on the property.
