At the Lake Apartments

I moved out of these apartments a month ago. I only moved because I decided to buy my own place. I loved these apartments. It's a wonderful, quiet place near the lake. The location is very convenient. My daughter and I loved them, especially spending time in the beautiful, warm pool in the winter! What more could kids want?! The staff was very responsive, kind, and friendly. A huge special thank you to manager Chris, who quickly resolved all our issues.Thank you!!!

I lived here from 2023-2024 and overall, I greatly enjoyed it. Clear/easy communication with property managers, clean building, convenient location, kind/respectful neighbors and clean large indoor pool. In July of 2023, my car was broken into around 2am in the north side parking lot. Unfortunately, there were no security cameras and it cost me a few hundred dollars. I appreciated the notices that they would send out prior to plowing or sweeping the lot, just make sure you move your car in time because your car will get towed. Overall, I would recommend this place!

This is my favorite apartment rental experience yet. I love management and the caretakers. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, they get to it ASAP. I love the trees around the property and the way it feels like you're not in the middle of the cities. On top of that, the neighbors are incredibly friendly and kind. I have nothing but good things to say about At the Lake Apartments.

I've lived here for over 3 years and absolutely love it! The entire management team is very responsive and friendly. Communication regarding upcoming projects and other important information is very timely and professional. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities (especially the indoor pool) are great. My apartment is very comfortable with plenty of storage space and a nice balcony. Many of the residents here are very friendly and some have lived here for decades. This is a great place at an affordable price.

I've lived here for nearly 5 years now with no major issues. It's easy to access from 169, close to Medicine Lake, garages included, no pet rent and genuinely kind staff. They worked with me when I lost my job to pay my rent; they call with any concerns they have. Are there things to improve on? Yes, (the smoking issues or the smoker's cough I hear every morning if I sit on my patio) but compared to other places I've looked at; it's pretty great.
