Horrible experience. My daughter and I are going to be homeless at the end of Feb 2024 and when I called for help and information, this person Erica was extremely rude and nasty. She continued to talk over me and refused to even give me the information I had asked for, which was how long the waiting list for danco properties is. Apparently these places are not actually able to help people in need, and with her attitude many people, including myself, will feel even more hopeless and depressed after being belittled and mistreated.
