Association Data Management

Horrible company. They lost the business with our association and did not cancel the ACH payments from the bank they did business with. My HOA payment was taken from my checking account. I also paid the new bank my HOA FEE. Double ding. They should have deactivated the automatic payments for all the owners. They did this deliberately to cause confusion for the new property management company and the old owners. There was a reason they lost the business of over 500 doors in the community.

The most incompetent management company I have ever experienced. They follow up on nothing. It’s been months since we moved in and we still have not been provided access to the front gate. There is no communication and getting an email or phone call returned is an act of Congress. I would suggest that any HOA looking for a management company to absolutely avoid this company.

Absolutely the worst association company I’ve ever seen, cares about nothing. Been over 6 weeks since a report of security lights being out and they still have not been changed. someone could be standing at my back door and I would not see them. DANGEROUS . God forbid somebody got killed here with the lights out would cost all owners tens of thousands at best. Got reply today saying repair people only work one day a week that’s why It’s taking over six weeks to change a security light. Unacceptable.

They sent me to collections! I was away with the military. I had set up an auto draft with an employee back in January that was never processed. I didn't hear anything back and assumed the auto draft started, but I was away, so I didn't know that it hadn't. After a short time, I received a letter and tried to pay it to catch up, I was connected with Jenna about the issue. After I contacted her, she sent me to collections. I wasn't aware that she sent me to collections until I had already made the payment to get my account current. By the time I got the letter, it was too late. The law firm she sent me to is THE WORST to resolve the debt. The law firm was rude. Staff was pleasant and helpful at the office. Property manager is rude when you are actually able to get ahold of him. In my case, catching the property manager actively driving from work before 4pm. What are the business hours I wonder? A tire partially hanging over the edge while fully parked in my driveway is the equivalent of a vehicle parking in the grass? Clearly a violation and not an abuse of authority (wink, wink). Perhaps, he needs to recoup the money spent mailing out multiple erroneous letters such as those addressed to the wrong house, wrong dates, wrong notice type (e.g., first, second, and final in one letter), etc. Standards only apply to the people paying into the HOA not those paid by the HOA.
