Aspiring to Antastafae at Riverdale

Dirty apartments…. Plumbing system is bad if you call code enforcement they terminate your lease illegally. Can’t keep management together. There is never anyone in leasing office. They ask for too much information about you to be such sucky apartments all together

When we first moved in the place was decent. The inside of the apartment had just been renovated and it’s clean. The new owners and management have a really nice vision for this place that I can see it’s potential. I was homeless before I moved in here so I kinda took the cheapest thing there was but it ended up being a good choice. I like Mrs. Robinson. She’s very nice and professional. She hosts community events for everyone to get to know each other in the community.

Customer Service is great, however communication isn’t quite so much. Very welcoming staff, however prior to applying I fully explained a very recent situation that was basically outside of my control due to death to a member of the staff, and made sure to ask questions. I was told to fill out the application because they were willing to work with it. Unfortunately I received a call and was notified otherwise for the SAME reason that I explained and asked questions about. To me it was basically a waste of my money applying because I had thoroughly explained that this issue would be present prior to even applying. So pretty frustrating on my end to be told one thing and that be false, especially since I’m relocating for work and could have saved that money to potentially apply somewhere th

*POSITIVE UPDATE* I am here again to brag on Zayed. She just keeps amazing me!! Literally had me in tears. I will forever be indebted to her. She just don't know she has literally saved me and my children's life. SHE NEEDS A PROMOTION AND RAISE!! I am not YET a resident but the staff is AMAZING!! Zayed, the property manager, listened to my situation and heard me out! She assisted me with any accommodations within her power. I am so thankful. The service manager is just as great! I was not able to make it during business hours to view the unit due to work, but he took it upon himself to meet me early before work just so I can view the unit. I will be moving in ASAP if this is how wonderful the staff is!

I seen the now leasing sign. I’ve called at lease 50-60 times in the last week. No answer, I emailed no response and I’ve actually went to the office and was told by your leasing staff that it was closed while she was letting someone else in. She stated they would open at 4 and this was at 12pm. I’ve never heard of someone taking a 4hour lunch. Even when I called after 4 still no answer, the phone was actually going straight to voicemail. The pricing is actually good but that doesn’t matter if you can’t get in touch with anyone.
