Aspen Village Apartments

Moved out after living here one year. Rent was cheap and work order to repair sink was straight forward. Neighbors were respectful. Owner provided free air filters for the AC, maybe the bad review never changed his.

Moved here with my kids. Nice and safe place. Unit was nicely remodeled. No issues so far. Management takes my concerns seriously.

The worst place to live.. you might think the rent is a good price but ur getting played. They don't fix things in a timely manner nor do they give a damn about there tenants. So many air conditioning units have gone out this summer and they took there sweet time fixing them. Nor do they do any real work around the apartments. Just don't move there.... wish i could give it no stars

Friendly and straightforward landlord! Maintenance requests have pretty much always been responded to and resolved within a short amount of time.

I would give it a "0", if possible. Very rude, noisy people yelling, shouting all day long. Not sure why the business is still running. I can't even find a business phone number to complain. Very bad.
