Aspen Court Apartments

Aspen Courts is a terrible community to live in, homeless people are allowed to live on the property! Management is extremely unprofessional staff speaks with a nasty undertone, & need further Customer Service training, there are frequent DV situations happening & there has been multiple shootings and fights, there is no control, neighbors make noise and sit outside drinking and playing loud music for Hours on end at night! Plus tenants are not able to do laundry freely due to lack of keys for accessibility for tenants, and a homeless woman currently lives in the laundry facility and has been the entire duration of my tenancy almost 2 yrs! This is a terrible rental introductions into the Urbana Community, update 5/11/24 they have placed a new property manager in the office who is extreme

Needs improvements honestly I feel like you guys should put laundry rooms and dryers in our units because the teenagers that ruin everything ruin stuff for everybody to get their clothes done. Extremely unhappy with where I live never in my 3 years have I ever dealt with a complex that is so rude you kicked out my fiance we're trying to contact you guys to try to help resolve this and you guys won't even pick up the phone how can you guys be there for us when you don't pick up the phone at all.

I live near these apartments, and have teenagers breaking and entering our property weekly on some weeks daily. The police have come by multiple times and one said most people who break and enter come from this property.

Been here since December of last year and it’s needs improvement. Not very happy with living here anymore.
