I’d love to see pictures of the inside of them! I’m thinking of moving here in a year

I live all the way in dekalb, and drove 2 and half hours just to put my name on the waiting list the beginning of November. The lady told me I was number 6 on the waiting list for a two bed room. At one point I was calling every week just to check on the status of the application. I missed one week of calling a the young lady tells me at the from desk that they have called me and left a voicemail November 11th and I had until the 12th to call back …..How did you call me when November 11th is a Veterans Day….Everything is closed! Then she proceeds to tell me I can drive BACk two hours just to put my name of the waiting list. No accommodations or anything. Mind you I don’t have a voicemail from them which she says should be November 11th or a missed called!!! Even if the phone was dead the

Management is out of control specifically Deseree.. She’s Very rude, argumentative and unprofessional. Upon expection I Seen a lot that needed to be replaced and fixed I told them and it never got fixed until months after move in.. maintenance enter your home without permission and if you don’t want them to then it’s $25 charge.. They said they can’t replace some blinds even if they are old and raggedy.. You Pay Too Much To Have To deal with their inconveniences and unnatural behavior towards you because of their inconvenience… i Wont stop until we get new management

GREAT townhouses, inside and out. Management and maintenance are always improving. The surrounding area has everything you need, tons of resources. Very open community. The only star off is because when it gets hot outside, more people come outside, and that does not make this area the most quiet.
