Stone Ridge Square Apartments

Very friendly staff with excellent service. When I moved in this past summer it was seamless and the apartment was very clean with a brand new carpet. The area feels very safe and the overall quality of residents is higher than some of the other apartment complexes around (more families, grad students, respectful residents). The only downside I can find is not having in-unit washer/dryer in most of the units but there is still one laundry room per building so I really only have to walk about 10 feet to get from my door to the laundry room. My dog and I love living here!

Do not move here.!! They raise the rent $100 every year. They try to say It's $65 but you still have to pay a $35 utility fee. There’s never anybody in the office when you try to pay your rent. They got rid of the lock box without informing everyone . Then they charge you $65 a day for a late fee. The worst thing this country ever did was let out of town companies by Area apartments in our small town. I went from paying $1000 to 1369 in three years. I am praying that I find someplace to move so u don’t have to renew my lease

Stone Ridge Square is a fantastic housing option, especially for graduate students. The management is friendly and helpful. I have yet to have a negative experience here. The apartments are pet friendly, in fact I feel that most people here have pets and I love it. The rent, pet fees, and utilities are all very reasonable. I like how close the complex is to walking paths and the park. I also really enjoy the pool. I plan to stay here for the entirety of my graduate education and I recommend Stone Ridge Square to anyone I know looking for an apartment.

I have lived in this apartment for almost 2 years. The area itself is great. I love the park right next to it and I’m glad I can have my dog run around whenever. The apartment is spacious and is a good price. Can’t hear my neighbors and the complex is pretty much just families and grad students. Appliances aren’t new but they keep raising rent without upgrading anything. The apartment below has a mold problem—didn’t find out from maintenance. I found out from the neighbor that is having the issue and doesn’t even stay longer than a day or two during the week because of how bad it is (yes, having because it’s still ongoing). Also, my apartment has bad ventilation. It’s ALWAYS super moist in the apartment even with fans and the windows open. You can smell the moisture when you walk into the

I have lived here at Stone Ridge for more than 7 years, and it’s a great place to live. The staff are wonderful & the maintenance crew is the Best, & they keep the pool the cleanest of anywhere else I have ever looked. The laundry rooms are very close, as are the mailboxes, and the location is good because there are many businesses near by as well as bus stops & grocery stores. They also have an exercise room opened 24 hours, & also allow pets, it’s sure worth the time to check out!
