Ashgrove Apartments

Ash grove apartments is a super chill place to live. I moved in last august and the management was extremely helpful with streamlining that process for me. It’s a nice and peaceful area within spitting distance of gas station and laundry. No issues within the apartment since moving in. I’m a pretty quiet person that just wanted somewhere peaceful to live with decent management and minimal apartment issues. Before Ashgrove, I dealt with infestation and flooding and mold and bullying management, and I’m very happy to say Ashgrove apartments has been stellar in all ways :)

Good living here and good people friendly people no problem with with the apartment and it quiet no drama over here I've lived here for 3 years now and haven't ran into any problems yet. The young lady in the office, Angela is always very efficient, nice and courteous whenever an issue is raised. It's quiet and people mind their own business.

This is my first apartment. I’ve been here for a few months. I haven’t any problems or issues so far. They do fumigation for bugs and so far no infestations of any kind. It is a bit old but it’s decent. I do wish they had partial payments and a place where when you order things online and they hold them for you. However I didn’t know that I had to a Georgia power for the time I wasn’t living in the apartment but it wasn’t insane only like 40 bucks

I have been a loyal tenant at Ashgrove Apartments for four years. My experience with the leasing office manager, Ms. Angela Johnson has always displayed subper customer service and the maintenance, Mr. Samuel always does a great job repairing what needs to be repaired with a big smile. Keep up the great work, Ashgrove Apartments!

Quiet and great place live. Stores are nearby, which is convenient. Angela at the leasing office is always very kind and pleasant and a joy to see. She does a great job being attentive to every resident.
