There is a gross infestation at 204 6th Avenue West and a refusal to regularly fumigate, they instead blame a singular tenant as if we don’t live on planet earth and planet earth is just simply trying to get inside. The superintendent seems to be someone in the office’s cousin as he does whatever he likes without consequence, lies on the tenants to our faces, and is bringing down the cute little neighborhood by dragging piles of trash bags to the park across the street so we all have a good view of rodents, flies, and…constant trash. There was a toilet bowl on the front lawn of my building for 3-4 months and a strange barrel that is propped behind one of the bushes. This all appeared after Asden took over the building I live in. The live-in Superintendent is only available Mon-Fri 9-5 so if you have an issue outside of those hours you have to call a professional and pay for it yourself. Also I noticed the superintendent will slide all the notices under your door but the red envelopes for tenants that are late on their rent are propped right in front of people’s doors for the whole floor to see. The super and his favorites tend to prop the front door open so our mailboxes keep getting broken into.

I am a Home Care RN. I made a visit to a patient at 175 Prospect St., EO, NJ. I completed my patient visit in about 20 minutes, came outside and there’s a parking ticket on my vehicle! I had a Home Care Hang Tag displayed that was issued by NJ DMV. I am parked next to the sign that says 30 minute parking. I asked the office staff about it and the 2 young ladies said that they called the police because that a parking is for the residents. This totally unacceptable!! I am a Registered Nurse carrying out official duties with required documentation and your staff takes it upon themselves to have a ticket issued?!!

It is currently 22 degrees Fahrenheit right now and this is the 2nd day in a row I am without hot water. I live at 175 Prospect st in EO, NJ (Executive House). This is just one of the many issues that have been reoccurring since this property management has taken over this building. Our maintenance team has gone down from 10 employees down to 4 and they barely do ANYTHING!.

Melvin Marte completed a repair in my bathroom today. He was very respectful and knowledgeable of his work.
