Ascend at Stone Mountain Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living here! The management and maintenance team are always professional, responsive, and friendly. The community is clean, safe, and well taken care of, and I haven’t had any issues but I had a question about my sink and they handled it right away. My apartment is spacious and modern, and I really appreciate how quiet and comfortable the neighborhood is. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice, stress-free place to live! The management team pays high attention to detail, and do not leave request un met.

Living here has honestly been such a great experience. The staff and maintenance team truly care about the residents — they’re always friendly, quick to help, and go above and beyond to make sure everything’s taken care of. My apartment feels like home, and the community is peaceful, clean, and safe that’s very hard to find on this side. I’ve loved how comfortable and welcoming it’s been from day one even during my application process. I’m really grateful for my time here and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a somewhere to live!

DO NOT MOVE HERE – HEALTH & SAFETY HAZARDS, BUG INFESTATIONS, AND UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT I lived at Ascend at Stone Mountain (under Asset Living & First Communities) for nearly two years, and my experience was absolutely awful. I had no choice but to move out due to severe code violations, including mold, a non-functional oven, and a pest infestation that resulted in my dog being bitten on the face by bugs. The living conditions were a serious health hazard, and management was completely unresponsive to maintenance requests. Major Issues I Experienced: 1.BUG INFESTATION & UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS •The complex has a severe roach problem, and despite paying monthly pest control fees, nothing was ever done. •My dog was bitten by bugs, causing a medical emergency. •The floors, cabinets, and wa

Management & maintenance do their best to address concerns here. They genuinely enjoy helping out residents and do everything with a smile! It’s relatively quiet & grounds are kept up with! Melsie is the sweetest! Shoutout to Bernard too!

I moved into this property in April and I am still here now in August. My experience has been nothing but top tier dealing with Claudia the Leasing agent who was very friendly and professional and considerate. The Manager Melsie was very nice and professional and considerate as far as taking into account my situation because everybody has different situations. They will go beyond to help you anyway that they can. They make you feel like family here. I am so glad that I found them. Oh! And my apartment is cute with the backsplash in the kitchen and updated appliances. I’m satisfied.
