Artesa at Menifee Town Center

Artesa is a wonderful luxury apartment to live in. Everyone in the office are always so nice to my family and I. Every holiday they make sure they give back to there tenants which is so sweet to know that we are thought about. Maintenance are also awesome. They fix things right away and they are always so nice. I definitely feel like I made the right move by moving here! The grounds stay clean and The neighbors are very respectable. Thank you Artesa for all that you do ❤️

⚠️BE AWARE!!!⚠️ I give them 0 points but I don’t see it here so I’ll give them 1 point. We been living here for going 3 to 4 year's now since they first opened it. I don't know where to start. There's so many things happening in this apartment complex throughout the years. We had seen it all.. I have pictures proves how bad it gets here. Many times random people coming by digging trashes getting people informations. Homeless people's come by getting high in the trash enclosure and One of the homeless is trying to attack my husband and came back the same day with another homeless person and sat out in front of the trash cans waiting for my husband and I thought this is a private property there are signs on the trash can areas and in front of the building that says this is private property n

Iv lived here for 6 months already and i absolutely love it . Neighbors are quiet and staff is awesome. If there’s a problem they’re in communication with you and fix it very fast. Moving in the apartment was in spectacular condition. It has washer and dryer inside the apartment with fridge oven and huge walk in closet. Every month towards the end they have an event for residents . They bring food vendors and it’s free while supplies last. The surrounding area is a great walk . Very peaceful and there’s multiple jungle gyms the kids can go to . The shops like target, Starbucks and in n out are a ten minute walk super close . I have lived here for about 5 months now and I really like living here. My neighbors are great, the apartment is clean and comfortable and the maintenance staff is the best. However I can't say the same for my dealings so far with the leasing office or property management. All of the lease paperwork is completed online and I highly suggest you read every word of it because there are certain fees they won't tell you about when you go into the leasing office to look at renting there. I would also caution you that you will have additional fees to pay that they won't tell you about at all including the elusive annual parking permit fee to park in your assigned spots. You are told that a certain number of spots come with your apartment and you can rent an additional assigned spot for $50/m

DO NOT MOVE HERE – Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Dishonest Management My experience living here was awful from start to finish. Leasing office or horrible and does the bare minimum. They never answer nor take accountability. •Safety is nonexistent. My car was broken into three times, resulting in $5,000 in stolen property. Management has no security cameras and does not communicate with tenants. They entered my garage without notifying me, causing me to call the police because I thought someone was breaking in. While I lived here, another apartment was also broken into. •Dog urine odor was present near my stairs and front door from the day I moved in. I reported it many times—nothing was done.
