Arrowhead Apartments

Management is awesome. Wendy and Melanie made the move-in process seamless. Highly recommend for a affordable, relaxed environment. Only things that are not as convenient is they do not come with washer and dryers and no sink disposal. Overall, no complaints! Love my view of the pond! Update: the management is rare, (hard to find these days). They solve issues in a timely manner. Ive lived in many apartments and this one tops all of them due to this.

I have read reviews about Arrowhead an I say I haven't experienced anything people in the reviews have said. Management has been nothing but fair an firm to me. I have been living at Arrowhead for about 4 years and love it. I have recommended people to Arrowhead an they love it. I know you can't please everybody but I feel if you obey the rules and follow your agreement you will not have a problem at all. I talk to my neighbors if there is any issues an try to resolve them ourselves. Its apartment living people you have to get along with people. Love thy neighbor.

Rent is ridiculous. Needs to come down to something more reasonable. There is no reason that the rent should be higher than what it cost to stay in Raleigh or Durham in comparable or or apartments that actually offer more. You wonder why vacant units cant be filled, well because you are charging way too much. This apartment and others around the area need to get real. Save your money and take the extra few minutes to go to Durham or even Graham where they are a little more reasonable until they finally come to their senses and charge a more deserving price for rent.

So far this has been the best apartment living experience I’ve had. Jennifer and her team are so great a communicating with residents. They make sure people follow the rules and expectations in the lease and make sure that everyone is considerate of their neighbors. This has made living here so pleasant and easy! It feels like a resort and not like an apartment. Neighbors are great and the amenities are exactly what I was looking for.

Melanie in the office is the nastiest person I have ever met. She accused my partner of living there and also confronted us at the pool when his sister came to visit with her two kids. She was very ugly in front of everyone for “being over the 2 guest limit”. I’m obviously not bringing kids to a pool without extra adult supervision. They weren’t even swimming. 10 minutes after a group of 8 white people showed up and she didn’t say a word to them. The maintenance man called me yelling and slurring his words July 5th. Our AC broke July 4 and no one called back until the next day. The AC broke 3 times in the 2 months we lived there. Maintenance would show up with no active work order. Refrigerator leaked non stop. Multiple noise complaints about people above us fighting after 11p was never re
