Lived here about a year, we had a few small maintenance issues but all were quickly resolved. They are always quick to fix any issues, I’ve had them come within 10 mins of putting in a work order. Amazon room is super convenient. Staff has always been helpful. The process to get in is super easy and quick. Even renewing our lease was a breeze. There is always a ton of notice prior to work being done around the complex. The people that live here all seem to be nice and not too rowdy. The reason I put 4 instead of 5 is sometimes the dumpster areas get messy and fill up quick, I wish they would be changed just one extra time a week. Staff said there were car break ins because the gates don't work but "should be fine if you have a garage". Fixed an issue with our application within a few days and when we tried to call back to provide information, Claire thought she put my wife on hold and proceeded to talk badly about her being "bugging and annoying" to someone else in office.. when we were just trying to rush the process to get our application reviewed again since everything was done with all 3rd parties (which was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Just stay far away from apartments that use LeasingDesk). Once we finally spoke to someone after 48 hours, we were told "there was a huge influx of applications and the unit is no longer available". Absolutely unprofessional and discouraging experience dealing with them.

Things were good for about two years, but then the office staff changed and now it is so difficult to deal with the office. They take no responsibility for issues around the complex. When you’re at your Witt’s end they act like you’re the problem. I think one of the leasing agents got mad at me and then I got a lease violation notice. No specifics, just a patio violation. The furniture on my patio has been there for three years. Never an issue. Never got a lease violation in three years. But I think she made it up cause she was mad. So now it appears the office staff is harassing tenants.

I recently applied for a 2bd townhome although I had to withdraw my application. The office staff was very kind and courteous I spoke with Taylor ,Sky and Claire handled my application with such professionalism and courtesy. She remained in communication with me at all times EXCELLENT customer service. The apartments and townhomes are really nice. Sleek and elegant..the cons is the closet space in the master bedroom in the townhouse is tiny the pros is the price you can't find the price for that nice complex in Round Rock or the superb customer service. I came back to edit my review.. I moved in and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my place . I could live here forever lol. Claire Latham leasing consultant is who helped the move go so smoothly she was so sweet and professional..I have really nice neighbor
