They have rats! BEWARE! I foolishly moved in trying to catch a rent special. I enjoyed my apartment for all of a few days before I started experiencing nonstop issues. I've only been in this apartment for 2 months. The leasing office was not helpful. When I first complained about the rat on a weekend, I was advised by a consultant to go buy rat repellant and I would be reimbursed. I immediately bought traps and repellant. I went back into the office that Monday with video recordings of the rat inside of my unit, and my issue was taken lightly and passed around from person to person. I asked for reimbursement, they refused, I asked to be compensated for the days I couldn't access my kitchen and be in my apartment, they refused. I asked for a transfer or to be let out of the lease. They told

Do not live bottom floor. Neighbor upstairs questioned me why didn’t I go to sleep, so I wouldn’t hear them. Wait what?🤔 I can hear this all day, night time, even after 11pm. Floor sucks. Also, had to call police several times for neighbor next door playing loud music at 1am, 2am you name it. Leasing office is not going to send out noise complaints for you. Either you pay $500 transfer fee to another unit or just move away. Time for me to move on to the next apartment. No need to waste your life and energy here. Sincerely 😊

Update: A second repairman showed up the day after and fixed the door latch. Thank you. These people do the bear minimum. We moved in November 2025. We had a list of things that needed to be done, and some of those things weren’t addressed. One of them was the chipping in one of the bathtubs. I should have gotten a call to schedule their proposed resurfacing back in November, but here we are in February 2026. More recently is how one of the bathroom doors does not remain shut- it can be pushed open. A maintenance man showed up today without notice to address several maintenance issues. I brought up the door to him (among other things he saw on the list he brought), and he went to work on it. When he told me that it was done and left, I went to the door and found disaster. Property was clean maintained and definitely something that I will surely be thinking about renting with her and this company. Their prices are reasonable and seem very fair.
