Ardella on Heacock Apartments

It’s called SUNNYMEAD APARTMENTS now. Rented a studio but left after they kept changing management. Michelle and Wendy are very helpful and nice but Misty, I don't even know what's her position here but she is very rude and always suggesting unnecessary stuff! When I go to the office and no one is around she makes unnecessary comments but when other people are around she pretends to be so sweet! What a faker! Rental price not up to par with the quality of the units and surroundings! They charge you for pest control but still Infested with roaches, dog poop everywhere, laundry room always dirty and washers, dryers always out of order and the dumpster always cluttered! They just barely fixed the side gate, now you can have your own code but before if you have packages that get to be delivere

I lived here for over 5 yrs and been through alot of different owners and managers but to be honest most of them don't care about the tenants at all.water was constantly turning off with out letting us know. shooting happend there first apartment when you walk in to your left was shot at, they really never answer the phone and seems like they are always in a bad mood. Never wanted to update my apartment without a charge everything in the apartment is disposable so when you use it for a bit they get damaged and they don't return your deposit which is expected but they want to have a extra balance . you can call it "ROACH CITY"park apartments my wife is a stay at home mom and she was all day cleaning literally but after a few months you start noticing roaches over 50% of my appliances and fu

Anything this community lacks is due to the new ownership not providing adequate support to their manager of the property. Michelle is her name and wears her heart on her sleeve for these residents. I've seen her work every role from leasing, assistant manager, and even maintenance and a porter all while tending to the property residents. Only reason I stayed at this property was due to the star player they had in the office. Most don't care. She does. I've seen her break her neck trying to help residents with their own issues. And that ladies and gentlemen is worth its weight in gold. Its up to the OWNERSHIP to make any community upgrades and large changes to improve. 5 stars for Michelle the manager 2 stars for Ownerships decision to raise price points while the property face and cur

Im a resident and have been for two years. We love it here the improvements are amazing the pool is finally sparking clean the gym is brand new smells so luxurious in there. I love that these apartments are family friendly and the management has been superior. I have never had a problem and I appreciate the fast respond from management the few times I’ve had an emergency. When I had a plumbing issue, Maira the front manager, was able to get the handy man in my apartment within 45 minutes. My family and I love the location next to schools and groceries stores.

giving this place a 1 star for many reasons. 1. water shuts off constantly, u never receive an email or notice before hand they just do it and when you call or email to see what’s going on leasing office lady is very rude 2. kids outside yelling and running past doors upstairs constantly, this isn’t great for someone who works nights and needs to rest or is just trying to relax. kids also shouldn’t be running upstairs it’s unsafe and can bother many people. 3. some people having there dogs not on a leash. dogs should be on a leash at all times 4. no parking what’s so ever, if u don’t have a spot. u have to park decades away i could go on but they really need to get things together, i wouldn’t recommend living here for the amount of money you pay
