Ardella on Chagall Apartments

I truly appreciate everything about my moving experience. Ardella on Chagall has an incredible team—Denise, Tim, Jose, Scott, and many others. I may be missing a few names, but I’m sincerely grateful to all of you. Everyone does an outstanding job, and it really shows in how well the community is cared for.

Our experience at Ardella on Chagall has been outstanding, largely due to the professionalism and dedication of Assistant Manager Michele. She consistently demonstrated excellent communication skills and was always prepared with clear, accurate answers to all of our questions. Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional service made the entire process seamless and pleasant. My wife and I are very impressed. Thank you, Michele, for setting such a high standard of excellence. As for the place, it was obvious to us that Ardella is a clean and well-maintained community proven by the busy workers we saw during our tour. We are so excited to move in!

You can’t smoke on the property if you are caught it says you will be fined and possibly evicted but I never seen a no smoking sign anywhere on property.. tenants are allowed to leave their dog poop all over the dog park with no repercussions at times you can barley walk because all the poop... Everywhere you go will most likely find poop on the ground. Cats everywhere and I believe flea infested. Never had a flea problem at both units I stayed at. … the water bill is 300$ + every month regardless how you use water.. someone moved out in my building you would think less water right??? Wrong! If I knew the water bill would be 300 I wouldn’t have moved in..

The staff here made the move in Nice and easy. Always answer all our questions. They work hard to ensure easy process. Thanks. Beautiful apartments quiet. Thanks again to Eden and Denise for making this new place to call home.

The majority of the work that should have been repaired before my move in date which was five months earlier was completed after several reminders within the five month period. I put in one request to cover everything but they would fix part of the job and forget about the rest of the job. So I had to follow up with additional requests. The last repair was a temporary fix but the next day the sliding door screen fell off again.
