The best thing about Arch Apartments is Alex, the on-site manager. He is caring, considerate and gets things done! He helped my son who lived here and I will never forget his kindness during that stressful time. As long as he's at the helm, this place is in good hands!
I have lived in this building for over 15 years. Since Moss & Company took over the property, I have never experienced so many projects addressed and completed in such a short amount of time. The emails they send are detailed and provide timelines of the projected completion. I also have to give Mickey a shout-out! He always returns texts right way and emails in 24 hours at the latest. The atmosphere feels new and I'm excited again after living here for so long. You guys Rock!
Alex the leasing manager was not pleasant.
