Arbors of Gahanna

If I could rate zero stars I would . I moved to arbors of gahanna in 2023 and lived there for two years . My wife and children loved living there and loved our apartment and Jessica decided she was going to give us a notice to leave 2 months before our lease was up . We paid rent late a Few times and that’s apparently the reason she kicked us . Accidentally had a package sent to my old apartment and their was nasty people living in my old unit . It was dirty and had a man laying around on a week day . I’m so upset to see the type of people they move in and kick out good clean w People . My kids are still affected by that move . I don't understand all the negative reviews. Rent price is reasonable, you could easily pay $100-200/mo more for the same amount of space in the area or even more closer to downtown. My apartment was pretty well maintained/cleaned apart from some trivial scratches. Between the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom I have a lot of storage space. I've had to call maintenance twice but both times they've come within a couple days and fixed the problem. It's quiet, I almost never hear my neighbors. Parking is not an issue. I've had no bugs. The lawns are mowed and the parking lot has been patched of its potholes. Some areas of the grounds could use more upkeeping (rust on staircases, and tennis court fences) but that's just one criticism. Overall, this complex is not new, but for the big picture, it

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the property manager Jessica is. She is the reason my family and I continue to renew my lease. This will be our 3rd year and we don’t see ourselves ever moving!

Nice apartments (inside) to live in for the most part. The surrounding area is awesome. Just be aware of Dogs. A few dog owners let their dogs run free without a leash and/or they don’t clean up after them. In the summer you have to try to deter the geese away from your sidewalk leading up to your door entrance, but do so carefully because their mess they leave behind is everywhere, even the grass. Arbors of Gahanna takes care of the property very well during most of the year, mowing the lawn and blowing out hallways of debris, except for when winter comes, there’s NO outdoor care for their residence! I stayed here for 3yrs and I was sad to leave. Very well kept and safe community. Also unique as one of the few apartments that offer wood burning fireplaces. Maintenance was very fast and reliable and the staff was always professional. I will miss this place and would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to live!
