Arbors at Honey Creek

These people are lazy they just sit up and let the phone ring, extremely unprofessional. I had to do work for them because they were taking there sweet time to do anything then after waiting 3 weeks still nothing. I felt discriminated because they tried to say something about my credit report which I got all the documents to prove it was fraudulent activity on it. I stopped calling and emailing them because clearly they didn’t want me to move there but I got approved for a house and just moved in 🤗and im glad I didnt get in the arbors because there a joke!

Was not the right fit for me and my husband, however my parents and sister love it here. You have to be in a certain income bracket to live here. That is why it did not work. Offers up to a 4 bedroom apartment. Maintenance is always nice and quick to come out and look at something. Always shovel and salt in the winter. The grass and bushes are alway kept up in the summer. The office always has holiday celebrations for the kids, my daughter loves going with my mom. There is a small gym for residents to use. There is also a little play ground for kids. There could be a bit more parking spots. Also the ceiling/floor from upstairs to downstairs are paper thin. You can almost hear a conversation threw them.

When I moved out the charged me for outrageous things that didn’t make sense and I made sure the apartment was clean and perfect before I left they are money hungry individuals

I have called over and over again with no answer, so I decided to go over there to find out the status of my application and their sitting in the office and just letting the phone ring and go into voicemail, it's very unprofessional to never return a call. They are still advertising that they have openings but they always say they don't. It's very sad that applications are still being accepted for housing and they haven't even serviced the people that have been waiting. I guess you have to know someone to get in. I do know it's not the employees fault, but I do believe in professionalism when trying to work as one.

Poor communication. Poor customer service. Have you ever tried to call this place? They literally sit at their desks and forward calls so they do not have to speak to residents and potiental customers. If you leave a message, the turn around time is laxidasical at best. Time to clean house in the front office! It's a shame really. Good luck!
