Aracoma

Pros: Convenient location, on bus route, some rooms do have lovely interiors. Cons: Has been without hot water for going on eight days as of 11/19. Management's response has been "thank you for your patience and understanding." The building manager role for Aracoma is hoisted on to another building's manager and new renters to Aracoma aren't given the door code to *that* building so good luck getting your mailbox key. There's a fire control box in the hallway that beeps a "trouble" chime almost constantly because there's always a dead smoke detector somewhere in the building. Another renter's floor fell into the unit underneath them in my six months here. The ceiling tiles of the laundry room fall in regularly. In short, this place is a slum. I would avoid any place rented by Patriot

Lived there for almost 2 years and it's nothing but a Slum , wouldn't recommend it for anybody.
