I'm looking for my new home in Atlanta and recently did a tour here. My leasing agent, Emmanuel was amazing! He was friendly, attentive and professional. He showed me a few apartment options as I was a bit undecided and patiently talked me through all the options as I considered the floor plan that would be the best fit for me. The amenities were great and it was very clean. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the community and it was a great experience! Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a new home as well that still has the city feel but is nice and quiet.

I have now been woken up 4 times because of false fire alarm’s tonight. On top of the extremely dirty carpet and constant weed and cigarette smell, the security concerns where the door (pictured above) was chained locked for months, the amenities that close at 10:00pm even the bathroom is locked in the amenity area. That’s right, they literally lock the bathroom doors. The gate was broken for over 6 months, all the umbrellas by the pool are broken and gone except one, the pool furniture it 8 years old and worn out, the atrocious fetch packing system they use where you can’t even get some packages delivered because you have to put a code after your name which some websites won’t accept and then once your package is delivered you have to… get it delivered again. They never respond to emails,

This apartment used to be a great place to live, but ever since the management changed and the property was renamed from “Hanover,” it has become a nightmare. The parking gates have been out of service for ages, one of the three elevators has been broken for over six months, and false fire alarms go off almost every week. Despite these ongoing issues that make it hard to sleep, communication with residents has been lacking, and we’re still required to pay full rent. We’ve decided to move out, and I strongly recommend avoiding this apartment. I’m also considering filing a lawsuit against the management company.

If you are brand new to the States, live in a hotel and haven’t got your SSN, but want to settle rental first for a mailing address, AVOID THIS PLACE, because SSN is a hard requirement for application - but they don’t tell you that up front. We had a terrible experience with their leasing agent, who provided false info and false promise, and directly caused major frustration on our end. We had to find alternative in one day. Here’s our story if you’re interested. I hope their Manager can see this post! We arrived on a Friday and viewed the place on Saturday. The leasing agent was very nice and offered us incentive to waive admin fee if we apply on Saturday (they do also offer 6 weeks free rent promotion). We emphasized that we are brand new to the States, no SSN yet, but we do have empl

2022 Review: VERY THOROUGH REVIEW AHEAD. I have lived at Arabelle for over a year, and the only reason I am moving is because of how much the price has been increased for renewal. If it was a better price, I’d be staying. Whatever the rent is listed at, go ahead and add about $200 in monthly fees - that is a more accurate representation of what you’ll be paying. My unit was in fantastic shape when I moved in and as I move out. I have never had to make a maintenance request. Having a Nest thermostat is great because I can control it from my phone and set a schedule. The appliances are great too! I’m going to miss my Whirlpool washer and dryer. Although I haven’t had to call them, the maintenance staff are very friendly. Additionally, they have people who clean the elevator, hallways, and
