Aquila Park Apartments

I have lived here for almost a year and have really enjoyed it so far. Maintenance is super quick and efficient with work orders. The front desk staff is always helpful as well. I do wish there was a better system for packages within my building as delivery drivers cannot get into the package room so if someone on the staff would be able to move packages there more frequently that would help immensely. Sometimes the mail area is overflowing with people's packages that it gets a bit clustered in there. Otherwise I don't have any complaints. Enjoyable place to live!

The community in my building is very family friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that they have caretakers that are diligent in shoveling, salting, and maintaining the cleanliness of shared spaces. The staff are very helpful and communicative and I appreciate the updates/news and hold raffles that excite me and my kids. We moved in right before the summer ended and they hosted a big bbq with games, petting zoo, and dj. My only minor issue is the heat in the winter which can be fixed if you winterize the windows and stop the draft from the door. Otherwise our experience has been nothing but great!

Overall clean. Units are quite large. Our 2bd has 5 good size closets, 2 of them being walk ins. Office team is l helpful. Maintenance is quick to get things done. Raffles for Holidays. They allowed unit viewing before signing contract which was a plus+ for us. Made sure our unit was spotless before turning over the keys. Friendly neighbors and peaceful location. downfall is no pool, may I also add they only give one parking permit per apt even if there’s 2 people on the lease, additional cars must park on the street. We enjoy their summer events only downfall is sometimes they get too packed leaving residents with no street parking. (Our car was towed)

I had an issue with my heater and the Mai range personal were amazing and figured out the problem in 15 min. It was a faulty thermostats. They swapped in a new one and my issue was fixed.

This place is stupid, they don’t allow tenants to cosign unless they’re students or make way more money then necessary, even if you are able to pay it doesn’t matter because “it’s policy” the studio space is really small anyways and they only have two washers and dryers per building, I usually only make reviews if it’s a really bad place but I’ve been having the hardest time finding a new place and it’s been so stressful, if your able to pay I don’t see the need for this policy :( oh well time to keep looking ig
