Appling Lakes

I loved my apartment! The staff (office and maintenance) were all very helpful. I didn’t use the pool area but it was clean and looked inviting. Work orders were responded too timely as well. Hot water was hot, which I love! If I ever need another apartment I will return to Appling Lakes.

I had a great experience working with the leasing team. LaQuita and Nikita were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the entire process. They made everything so smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and ensured I felt confident every step of the way. This is by far one of the worst maintenance experiences I’ve ever had. My A/C has been out for over a month, and the temperature inside my apartment has been reaching 90 degrees. I submitted a maintenance request and was told I had to wait until March for it to even be addressed. Now that it’s March, my apartment is still extremely hot. I went to the office in person to explain the situation and let them know I have a 1-year-old child living in this apartment, and that 90-degree temperatures inside the home are unsafe. The response I got was basically “maintenance will get to it in the order of the service requests.” So let me get this straight — a tenant is living in 90-degree heat with a baby in the apartment, the issue has been reported for over a month, and the response from manageme

My experience here has been exceptional. The staff is friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. My apartment is very spacious. The wrap around deck has been delightful. I am pleased with my residence.

Kudos to Laquita! She was awesome with my move in she answered all my questions and addressed any concerns that I had upon moving in! I love my apartment! Shout out to all the ladies in the office they are amazing! I know I work their nerves but 😊but they are AWESOME!
