A quiet place in a good location, but the property manager Joan is too uptight and micromanages tenants about the smallest stuff - they have cameras in common areas to monitor you 24/7. If you rent the first floor unit you can hear your upstairs neighbors' footsteps right above you. Maintenance requests take forever to be resolved, even if you mark it as an emergency.
I love this building! Everyone is so friendly and the apartment manager Penny is amazing. The courtyard is so cute and lit up at night and the one bedroom apartments are spacious and cozy. 5 stars!
