I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. The management team is professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. I truly appreciate how attentive and respectful they are to residents. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities are a great bonus. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in making this a comfortable place to call home. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great living environment!

I've lived here for over 10 years and can truly say Chase Ridge is one of the best places I've lived. It's safe, quite and very home oriented from children to animals. The ground are always kept clean and continuation of the property upkeep is always improving. we have a residential garden and monthly appreciation for the residents. Our Management Staff (Yami, Tiffany and Sr. Manager Shameka) are Friendly and Professional at all times and really support the the community. We have a 24 hours Maintenance Staff (Mac, Vic, Francisco and Enrique) who are great and really know and do their jobs. I love living here.

--- I have lived at Chase Ridge Apartments for years, and I can honestly say I have been extremely satisfied with my experience here. The maintenance team is outstanding. Anytime something needs attention, they come quickly and do excellent work. I truly appreciate how reliable and thorough they are. I have also never had any issues with my neighbors. Everyone is respectful and we get along well, which makes it feel like a real community. The grounds are kept clean, and although there are always things to update over time like anywhere else, this property continues to be well cared for. I love my community here!!! What an awesome group of staff that’s running the property so well. I love everything about their appreciation of the residents here at Chase Ridge. The maintenance team are also on top of everything thing here at Chase Ridge from the appearances of the outside , to completing work order on time, and the ground work. Our My dog also loves his environment! The communication here is top tier via email and mobile text. Community is very quiet and the children here are respectful. There’s no nonsense here just a working and family oriented community. If you experience an issue it will be resolved quickly and effectively. I love it here.
