This place actually SUCKS!! For anyone wanting to live here I can tell you right now it’s not worth it. It was all I could afford and find at the time but I would never and I mean never live here again! The staff are not only rude but they don’t do their job. Every interaction I’ve had with them was not pleasant. They never respond to my emails, it was a struggle to even get this place because they never responded and said they never got anything I sent over to them, and when I would go in to talk to them they just act like they don’t care, not only that but they always change companies, making everything even worse. They have a waiting list they wipe annually, apparently. I was told there was a waitlist. Ok no biggie. Had my friend apply at least a week after I did, she got called for the same size unit I needed first. When I call to ask they claim they go in order of when they got the application. When I said I told her to apply a week after I turned my app in, then it was the names are in alphabetical order. Hmm? My name comes before hers. Now I’m told they were probably put in the system at the same time. So you let my information sit a week before putting it on the waitlist? And then have the nerve to tell me that there’s 40+ people ahead of me? When I submitted the application the day your waitlist disappeared and you had to start over? Up until this year my experience has been good. As of this year they have been not applying my rental payments since May, I've gone to the office countless times giving them copies of money orders and receipts showing the rent has been paid. In the most recent case I went to the leasing office to renew my lease and asked them to make sure their records were correct, she stated that they were. This was 10/28/2019, then 10/31/2019 I get a notice stating I haven't paid my rent again. At this point I'm super frustrated, I don't know if it's because of the constant change in management that's causing poor account or just incompetence at this point. We've have over 6 property managers this year alone.

I called today to inquire about an apartment and the woman answering the phone had a repulsive attitude. After explaining that I was looking around the general area and checking for openings - she interrupted with "we only know our property and we don't have openings- call next week ok?". She was more than ready to get off the phone. She made assumptions I was asking for July and when I told her I had a few more questions she told me to leave a message for the manager. Why are you answering the phones if you cannot answer questions about the property? Surely you know about your place of work, right? It's clear this place isn't interested in potential renters.
