The team at Annapolis Corporate Housing were absolutely wonderful to work with! We needed emergency housing after a flood at our home and within 24 hours we were set with our rental. Janie was always responsive from our first outreach all the way through our departure. Not to mention the house was perfect for our family and dog! Highly recommend Annapolis Corporate Housing for anyone needing longer term rental needs in the area!!

I moved to Annapolis for a job at the United States Naval Academy. I wanted a place close to work and downtown Annapolis. Janie helped me with the best of both worlds, as well as helping with a great furniture setup. She was extremely professional and helpful through the entire process. The apartments were renovated and in great shape. Janie fantastic to work with, always helpful, responsive and a pleasure to talk to!

Janie and her team were wonderful to work with! What I thought would be a 3-month stay turned in to a year and half and they were so easy and accommodating in adjusting the lease term. The house was clean and comfortable and became home. If I could give 100 stars, I would!

We needed a short term furnished apartment for unknown period of time on short notice as our home sold much faster than expected and we didn't have a new home yet. Jamie & the team at Annapolis Corporate Housing had several options available and we got a lovely place in W Annapolis. We were able to get in a few days early and then we got our new house earlier than the term of the lease and they found another tenant very fast and we got a partial refund. Jamie and her team are responsive, they keep up the units, even the owner agreed to pay for basic cable as the smart TV had few live TV options, which is what I prefer. It was a really great experience from start to finish....
