I’m not sure there are enough words to describe my absolutely positive experience working with both Andrew and Fran! To begin with, my mother had just recently passed away and I knew I needed to make some pressing decisions regarding her house. If you are looking for a realtor who will represent you with their full heart and soul, it's Andrew Spitz. Not only does he negotiate on your behalf to get the best price and terms, his expertise and deep knowledge of all the other important facets of real estate are incredibly valuable (ie: neighborhoods, inspections, investment trends, statistics, etc. ) I would highly recommend Andrew Spitz and his team (Margie Granitz is ALWAYS such a pleasure to work with). Andrew is too busy to talk to you. His staff is lost and Margie Granitz is just a super aggressive and mean person. There is a lot of brokers out there and I wouldn't waste my time with Andrew. Why waste your time with a broker that doesnt even think it is worth talking to you himself when you call him. I would avoid him if you want a broker that respects you as a customer.

I highly recommend Andrew for his expertise and professionalism as a real estate agent! He is one of the best agents I know!
